MILLENIUM - Luxury Central Apartments

I booked a room at The Grand Sg Aparts with free gym but when I arrived, they informed me that the fee to use the swimming pool and gym was 300,000/person. When I booked the room, the host did not proactively contact me to confirm whether they had received the booking or not, nor did they inform me who I would meet in the lobby or what the procedures were. I had to be the one to proactively contact them and wait a long time for them to contact me back. The room was quite old and the air conditioner was very weak, the living room was very hot! I needed a microwave but they did not provide it even though it was available in the apartment booking. A really bad experience! And this apartment complex does not welcome short-term tenants, they try to make things difficult and even put up a sign prohibiting the use of the apartment for short-term rental... It was really confusing when I arrived!
