Friendly staff, unique property, extensive wood structure. Lobby is all wood carvings. Truly a magnificent work of arts. And most of all love the variety of food served during breakfast. It's highly recommended.

During checkin (a 3-min process) the receptionist completed 2 min of work and asked to wait. I asked why and if the room wasn’t ready. He asked me to wait aside without giving a reason. Then he completed the checking in for the white couple behind me and then called me to finish my 1-min task. I noticed he also finished the checkin of an Asian couple before me without any interruption. When I asked again why he had me wait, he pretended he didn’t understand.
In the room, bed wasn’t too comfortable and AC worked only at one setting. However the ocean view was good. To request making the room, you have to press a button. Although I did not request, the maid came the next day. I put my toiletry kit and other personal items on two washcloths on the desk. She removed those washcloths for no reason and did not put new ones. First, they shouldn’t get in without requesting the service and should not touch personal items. I felt very uncomfortable and when complained it to the same receptionist, again he pretended not understanding.
Good location but not a good experience. If your complexion is dark, perhaps you avoid this place.

Please do not book this hotel.
We were in a deluxe hotel room, 803. The wooden floor was covered in dust all around the edges and corners. We kept getting other people’s long and short hairs caught on our feet and shoes.
The major problem over how dirty the room was that there where sh$t strain on the sheets and the only air con vent in the room sent the cold air into the lounge area and not into the bedroom where it was needed.
There was a clear temperature difference between the two zones. An engineer came to the room and said it was fine.
The hotel is dirty as with black mould on the bathroom ceiling and the dirty bedding and the dust everywhere.

The hotel is centrally located, near many restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. I love the variety of the breakfast buffet and enjoyed a soothing bowl of soup noodles to start every day. Even though there is a gorgeous beach, the rooftop pools stands out as a gem in its own right. The staff were so friendly and helped us track down our missing belongings. The hospitality never misses a beat.

Nice room with comfortable air conditioning with a window to let fresh sea air to flow thru. Room was very nicely decorated and good stand up shower. Breakfast was ok, the breakfast staff express some displeasure behind your back when took some bacon aside and requested the bacon to be crispy up, also the orange juice was very low and staff seem to be conserved when they do fill it up. The hall way carpet could be better cleaning because it has some smell.

The facility itself was lovely. However, we found staff to be very unfriendly and not at all helpful. They did not assist with queries about the area, arranging tours, providing local maps etc. All facilities we had stayed at prior to this hotel were extremely helpful in that regard. Our experience in Vietnam strongly favours the small boutique hotels with their very friendly and helpful staffs.

We were pleased with everything, room was spacious, and so with the bathroom. Huge windows which is nice. The ac works great not making noises. The breakfast is really good with enough options for the price. The best part is the staff are friendly, helpful. This hotel have lots of well designed wood so if you like wood carving do not hesitate book this hotel, highly recommend even you don’t like wood i think it’s still really nice place to stay. Convenient to restaurants, massages, mini mart beach is like 2 1/2 blocks.
Special thank you to NHu and the staff in front desk, and restaurant. They all have smiles on their faces when they see us. Even house keeping. The manager gifted us bouquets of flowers and cake, what a pleasant surprise we had issue but was resolved and explained very quickly thank you for caring. We felt like home.
