Not so-good.
Their massage service is very disappointed, not recommend to use it. You would have a chance to experience massaging without air conditioner.
Room is ok, some of power outlet did not work.

Staff was amazingly friendly and attentive. The room was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel itself was quite pretty with all the vines and flowers, and really enjoyed the pool. Also very easy access to the old town.

Very nice hotel close walking distance to the river and old town with the boats and lanterns. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Pool was lovely with all the greenery, excellent breakfast and room service selection and very friendly staff.

The hotel seemed nice but right away I noticed the bedding didn’t seem clean. Later that night when it was time for bed I noticed bugs in the bed. We were bitten at night during our sleep. We let the staff know upon check out that we experienced bugs in our room. They apologized but that was it

Beautiful hotel about 15 Min walk from the old town. Very convenient location and able to hire bikes for free to ride into town. The hotel is lovely, beautiful pool area. Breakfast buffet was nice. Room and bathroom was big and clean. The bed could have been more comfortable, it had a blanket underneath to make it softer but it was too small for a king bed so you felt like you would fall off the edges. Pillows not great either.
Tried the hotel spa for a whole body massage which was not good. The therapist appeared to not know what she was doing and caused me pain during the massage.

The property is a few blocks away from the main area and super walkable with lots of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was great. I really enjoyed this hotel but the only complaint was that my room had a really bad musty smell.
The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Anna at the bar was super friendly and she makes a great cocktail.

This place is incredibly peaceful! Its also like a 5 minute walk to the village and they let you borrow bikes all day!!! Staff INCREDIBLY NICE! Will come again and highly recommend!!! We had to check out early morning to catch our flight, and they offered to make us a breakfast to-go since we wouldnt be able to have breakfast at the hotel! Thats so insanely noce and thoughtful! Really appreciate this hotel and all its staff!!

Great hotel a couple blocks from Old Hoi An so we could walk over all the time. Friendly helpful staff, especially the breakfast servers who always had friendly smiles. Loved that they had free bicycles to use (a bit old but functional), which we used to bike over to their sister property at the Silk village for the tour. Also, received a free day pass to their silk beach club along the beach, which was wonderful to relax one day. Perfect location. Like all hotels we've been to in vietnam, sound proofing is almost non existent so bring ear plugs if that is a problem. Construction next door was a bit annoying, but hopefully done soon. We stayed in Jan 2025. Restaurants and spas all nearby. Many rides can be arranged to /from Da Nang airport for fixed prices all advertised. Small fitness center. Nice pool and lounge area.

Can’t recommend this enough. Cute and lovely little boutique hotel. Great service and short walk (or bike ride thanks to the free bikes in property) into the heart of old town. Yet quiet and relaxing. Everyone went out of their way to help

Only criticism is that I've stayed there six or seven times now and they don't keep visitor records of returning guests! Would be nice to have a welcome back/how good to see you again given all the money I've spent there since covid... Yeah, I'm spoiled, but it's the only aspect of the guest experience that doesn't match other properties at the same price point.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was about a 5 min walk to the river and nightlife festivities, and provided a quiet relief afterwards. The pool was AMAZING, so beautiful with all the greenery surrounding it. The room was clean and great for a 2 night stay. Definitely recommend.
