The hotel has an old design, is quiet, sad and not suitable for relaxation. It looks like a hotel for corporate groups, not well taken care of. The sockets do not work, the shower does not work. With a room price of ~ 1.3 million, it is really not commensurate
Staff are rigid, not flexible in handling situations. Want customers to book through a third party instead of booking directly with the hotel?!
Breakfast is limited, with duplicate dishes and lacks variety, some sticky rice, some porridge, some rice.

My family stayed here once in 2022. Everyone liked it very much because of the service, infrastructure, swimming pool... This year, I continued to bring my Dad to stay here for him to experience. The service here is very good, the equipment is still new, the reception staff and rooms are attentive. Only the sister standing at the omelette counter seems a bit tired :P In general, I will continue to come here on my next vacations. Mình đến khách sạn lúc 11h tối sau khi đã lái xe 12 tiếng đồng hồ từ Vinh đến Hội An nên lúc này đã rất mệt và chỉ muốn nghỉ ngơi. Khi đến khách sạn và thấy ở đây có bãi đỗ xe rộng rãi cho khách đi ô tô, có welcome drink và thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng làm mình cảm thấy thoải mái và có tâm trạng tốt hơn sau chuyến đi dài.
