The sisters here are very cute, especially the short-haired sister always smiles and happily with guests. I came back here a second time after more than 1 year the hotel opened. This time I booked a balcony room, so the balcony is very popular. Room is clean. Very strong water. The daily price is also very cheap. Next time visit Vung Tau will support next. On the 7th floor there is a kitchen. Who needs to ask the owner.

I booked a room with a balcony but the staff arranged a room without a balcony, the room didn't have hot water and smelled, the door was broken and it was difficult to open. A little disappointed!

Continuously reconfirm whether or not a room payment has been made (despite prior payment). The hotel does not seem happy to have to share revenue with intermediaries application & lower prices than for outsourcing.

Because my side manages many rooms and many websites, when checking in at the reception, the hotel must ask the guests who book the page and pay or not because of the coincidence of name and website. The location is at the end of La Van Cau Street so it is very quiet and comfortable, walking to the back is 5p. there are many convenience stores nearby, around 2p you will see convenience stores. The owner is very nice and enthusiastic, the reception is also comfortable. the room is new and clean, I am on the 2nd floor with windows looking out so the room is airy and fully furnished. Thanks New star hotel very much.

I said it was dirty, the marketing staff talked like a wanderer to the customers, paying money to act like a thief! We work in the hotel industry, travel and look at the people in the industry they treat and feel sorry for us always :)) Please don't be foolish to believe the 5 stars.

The 4-person room is like a picture with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Since I did not pay attention to the booking, I asked again when I checked in. The attitude of the staff was extremely uncomfortable, talking about challenges like always rolling my eyes, manager who talks like a guest, I make a reservation to lose money, but I don't ask to stay. Will never come back here.
