The only thing is that the road is under construction so it's dusty and a bit dirty outside. Everything else is fine because this hotel is my favorite hotel, I always book it every time I go.

Nhân viên khách sạn nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Ksan cho check-in sớm 3 tiếng không phụ thu, vị trí ngay đường lớn, trung tâm nhiều quán xá rất ok. Phòng ốc giống hình. Mỗi một điểm trừ là cách âm kém, mình ở ngày lễ đông khách nên khá ồn, âm thanh gì cũng nghe: tiếng dọn phòng/ người đi lại/ trẻ con nô giỡn sáng sớm hơi ảnh hưởng giấc ngủ.

This time I didn't take pictures of the room but only recorded a clip so I took the old pictures from 2020, but this time I came back it was still the same, the room was minimalist but very harmonious, always smelling of flowers like the name of the hotel. This time I went in the summer and winter so I was supported to check in at 13:00 (actually 14:00) but the last time I was away so I arrived at 5-6am and was able to check in without extra charge. Overall, I'm completely satisfied, there's nothing to complain about. It's close to the center so it's easy to go anywhere, there's a motorbike rental service available 💯💯💯💯

See Thousand Flowers again after a few months. Everything was fine until I checked out, I was told to use 1 soft drink while we didn't drink. When I heard that I didn't use it, the receptionist repeated like a machine: * in the fridge there are 2 cocas, 2 large mineral water, 2 surprises. * I didn't know you were asserting that we were wrong at that moment. is it a good idea to review the room checker or the fridge set up? Obviously a 15k can of water is nothing for us to drink and deny! Because at that time, we could not convince that we did not even open the refrigerator, did not drink water, why the check was like that, so we paid for it. I want to remind you that when you come here, you should check the contents of the fridge first, when checking in the room, you should be there for anything to control. Do not because small things but not as happy as I am.
