Khách sạn rất tệ: không cách âm tốt, tối ồn ào, bên ngoài chật hơn ảnh nhiều. Cứng nhắc trong cách hỗ trợ và quản lý dịch vụ với khách (theo quy định khách sạn thì…, không thân thiện).

Phòng bé địa chỉ khách sạn không tiện lắm chỉ được gần ngay quán bánh bèo bà hường cực ngon. Ban đầu đến khách sạn nhận ngay phòng bị mùi mình nhờ lễ tân đổi phòng thì sang phòng khách wifi lại yếu. Nói chung hơi thất vọng

Khách sạn phòng có 1 cửa sổ bé tí không đóng kín lại được, cửa thông với cầu thang của toà nhà, ồn và vang, nói chuyện gì trong phòng vang hết ra bên ngoài. Thêm nữa là cực lạnh, tôi chưa ở cái khách sạn nào mà làm cái wc lạnh như vậy trong thời tiết ở ĐL. Ga gối thì khi check in vào nhìn còn vết bẩn. Mình ở 3 ngày không thay ga, chỉ gấp lại, vẫn còn bụi nguyên. Muốn liên lạc với lễ tân thì dùng điện thoại riêng gọi, không có hệ thống điện thoại gọi. Khách sạn chung với tiệm nail. Trải nghiệm ở Đà Lạt rất tốt nhưng sai lầm khi chọn khách sạn này. Trên ảnh thì lung linh ở ngoài nhìn rất bẩn. Tường cũ, bụi bám đầy các nội thất trong phòng. Wc nhìn cũng cũ và không thoải mái. Không đáng tiền chút nào.

The room is good. However, the receptionists are not friendly. I have requested to change bed sheets and banket covers daily but the cleaner didnot equip. So not quiet comfort during staying in this hotel though I really appriciate their warmly connection via email. Their service was too cold vs their warm welcome mail.

The room is a bit far from the center but it is very comfortable, the male reception is quite enthusiastic at night is quite ok. And the morning sister works a little bit troublesome. But also okay. At check-in was a bit confusing but it has been resolved ❤️
