Payment through traveloka is complete. When checking in, the owner said he didn't know the information and no longer works with traveloka. As a result, the money was deducted, but there was no room. Disappointed. Traveloka should review this hotel.

We would like to share our opinions about your feedback as follows: room area is 16 m2, just enough for 2 guests, showing warmth and tidiness with full amenities such as air conditioning, TV, mini refrigerator. , water heater, mineral water, free parking, distance to Ba temple is 900m with about 15 minutes walk. As for the price for Tet days, we increase 20% compared to normal days, the selling price at the counter is 500k/night, the public online selling price on OTAs channels is a bit lower, for example on Traveloka, you have booked and paid. Advance payment is 402,064 VND (including taxes and service fees). Once again, we thank you for your support of Ngoc Linh Hotel and look forward to welcoming you back for better service. The room is too okela for the price, this part is a bit far from the temple area, so it is comfortable to go. Not crowded with traffic jams like near the temple. However, if you go early in the morning at 4am, you still have to ride a motorbike, but it's a long way to go to the city
