Easy communication with owners through messenger. Close to a lot of things. Walkable. Since the hotel is located behind the Main Street (alleyway type street) it was not a busy front area so made it feel safer to walk in/out of the hotel. They have a working elevator. Working AC a plus! Doesn’t need the key to be inserted to keep the room cool. Free water when they clean your room.

The staff were very helpful getting an airport taxi but reception was infrequent manned& communication was via WhatsApp.I have stayed at this property 8 times in the last 10 years & it’s now being run on skeleton staff which is inadequate.the room was only cleaned when asked so I had to buy toilet rolls & water&.cleaning was below my standards.Sadly I won’t rebook there again

When we arrived at 9 am it took about 10 minutes to gain entry as the door now has a secure lock & reception is not manned 24/7 .However we were given a WhatsApp contact on entry / door code & any requests/information answered quickly & always extremely helpful including taxi to the airport .There was no welcome drink but water in the room first day.Clean comfortable quiet room in good location

The staff were lovely and the hotel is quite well situated. Don't expect much from the rooms (although if there is something you like, everything in the room is for sale), but if you're looking for a place to stay whilst visiting the town, that's the place for you.

security lock box in room, ac (it was weak in my room but a wall fan helped a lot), elevator, outside noise was not a factor, great location, laundry services across the alley (10 feet away, 40k dong for 2kgs), Anna was very helpful with finding places to eat specific foods and arranging transportation to the airport. 24 hr check in/out.

Not great. While the room was large the only window was in the bathroom. Also it wasn't a window but an opening which other rooms Windows looked down on. We could hear other people use the bathroom and one poor mans distressed Bowles. A poorly placed mirror also meant you could see the person sat on the toilet if you were in bed. We had to ask for towels and our room was not cleaned on the first day. Pillows had blood marks on them too. The receptionist also used a spare guest bedroom to use the logo and have a sleep on the bed. Location is good as it is near backpacks street so lots of food choice but is quiet too.

The location is at the backpacker area. Easy to reach by airport bus or walking distance to nearby busy street. Room is clean and provide in house parking. The hotel provide a free computers in lobby for guest use, small charge (2000 Dong or about $0.10) if printing need. Could choose one out of few variety set for free breakfast and some fruits and drink.

Our room was extremely small, fairly basic but clean. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was fine. We arranged a 2 day trip to the Mekong Delta through the hotel & were able to leave our large luggage there to collect after the tour. For a no frills overnight stay everything was fine but for more than one night it would be too cramped. Staff were all pleasant & welcoming.

Air conditioning is not cold, the room is dirty, have request chagen for a room, they said the room was full! Please be prepared to stay in this hotel.
