I have booked and paid through the app, do not understand the problem between the hotel owner and the room sales channel when checking in hotel is quite uncomfortable and confusing because of the price. I was annoyed at their way of speaking as if they were interrogating, not welcoming. It was a while after they talked to each other that I was allowed to check in. To tell the truth, the lock on the door opening and closing was very hard and very difficult, the toilet lamp was dim and dim, and for the guests I asked to repair, it was reported that there was no repair person in the morning. If there was goodwill the hotel could change another room but I was so annoyed that I didn't want to say anything else, just finish staying quickly.
