Balcony was internal looking into other guest rooms. Room above breakfast area and very noisy. Very loud foreign guests. Not happy. Had to pay extra to get outside balcony and quieter area of hotel. Breakfast dishes were cold. Cold bacon? Sorry. Would not recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel front desk staff were wonderful and so helpful. The location is great, walking distance to so many good restaurants, and to many interest spots if you can walk 5 km in the heat. The beach was 1 1/2 blocks away and was beautiful the first couple days, then was absolutely covered with garbage from the ocean the last couple days of our stay so we avoided the beach. So sad! Breakfast was great for the Asians but our choice was eggs and two types of fruit and buns. Kind of boring for Westeners. They really need to hire a new cleaning crew as every part of this beautiful hotel needs a good cleaning. It was pretty noisy as well. Could hear every door slam in the building.

We stayed here for 1 night and checkout at noon while our train depart at 8pm. The staffs made sure they look after our luggage and bags while we made our way around Nha Trang. Our room was very clean and I see a lot of people coming in and out of the hotel as it was located next to a travel agency.

Hotel is relatively new, room very spacious. Very odd that you are provided with a kettle, but no cups, spoons, coffee etc. With the balconies opening out to the indoor atrium, the room is very dark and the noise from restaurant and reception echoes up to the rooms. VERY NOISY. POOL area is unloved and well below par. Staff were ok, but there is no passion in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great and right in the middle of it all. The breakfast is quite decent too. The hotel front desk staff is very friendly. We booked the suite at the Nhi Phi for a bit extra. The hotel is nice, and I would recommend booking just a regular room. The suite is 1000 sq feet, so were expecting a bit more room/sitting area or some tables in the outside patio; but it seems like just a regular room with a big outside patio. The outside patio is nice, with plants around the outside, but there are no table or chairs outside, so it's a big empty space and not really good for anything.

Very modern and clean. A great respite after the overnight train from Da nang. Breakast was great, the pool lovely and the staff at the counter very helpful. They organised a taxi driver for a half day who took us around the sights for $20. We tried to shout him lunch but he did sit with us and had some squid. Would recommend this hotel easily.

Room was very modern and clean but because of the arrangement of the balconies which are internal ?? the room was very gloomy in the day and we had to have the light on all the time. I came for a business trip in Nha Trang and chose the hotel because it is near to work and reasonable price. Breakfast is the best here. You have variety options: asian, russian and american foods. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only complaint I have is room cleanliness. Bed sheet had something looked like watermarks. The floor was not moped carefully. Flipflop is dirty and has been used by so many guests. Towels had a hole. Great property, but the hotel should consider upgrading their room amenities and focus more on room cleaniness.

Everything was great. Quick 2 nights stay at the beginning of October 2015. Finding the hotel was easy, check in/out was easy. Room was well furnished to include fridge, electronic safe, TV (with lots of channels). Bathroom was a little small. Taking a shower shot water all over the toilet. Buffet included good selection of Western and Vietnamese food. I'm not a buffet kinda guy, but what little I did eat, was well done. Would gladly stay here again.

This hotel is excellent for the price (I think I paid about USD 25 a night), and very clean and modern - I initially only booked for three nights, and thought I would give the Best Western or Novotel a try after that, but ended up staying a total of nine nights. The beach is very close by, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep - The Local has beers for 30 US cents, or if you're into sports there's one called Booze Cruise around 200 metres away that will basically play anything you ask for (NBA, MLB, NHL, NRL, test cricket and AFL). The pool is a little bit small, the loungers didn't have cushions, and there's no poolside bar/resturant but that wasn't really an issue for me as a) there's a phone there you can use to order from the downstairs restaurant, and b) you can also go across the road to the Liberty Central where they have a fantastic pool and bar that you can use even if you're not staying there. One thing to be aware of is that some of the cheapest rooms either don't have windows, or have windows that look directly onto a wall - I would avoid these if possible. Also it may not be obvious from the photos, but the rooms with balconies actually open onto an internal atrium, not to outside. Finally, when I was there there were a few families also staying - many of them with poorly behaved children - so if you're hungover it may be a good idea to go across the road for breakfast as the squealing/crying/screaming can get to be a bit much.
