Phòng quá tệ, hư điều hoà không báo với khách, yêu cầu đổi phòng nhân viên không đồng ý . Tôi đặt phòng giúp cho em trai đi du lịch với bạn, thấy còn nhỏ hay sao nhân viên khó tính chỉ trả lại tiền 1 ngày trong khi tôi đã thanh toán xong 2 ngày. mọi người đặt phòng xem xét nhé!!! Thất vọng hoàn toàn.

Nhà nghỉ gần nơi đang xây dựng nên rất ồn, cả ngày lẫn cả đêm, wifi thì hư nhưng nói miết thì không ai sửa. Thuê xe máy thì nón bảo hiểm mình cất trong cốp, chủ hay nhân viên gì đó tự ý mở xe lấy nón ra xong lại nói mình không cất vào cốp, khoá cốp lại thì ai mở ra được. Trong khi 2 cái mũ khoá trong cốp mà ngoài mình ra thì ai có chìa khoá để mở? Nói chung rất lằng nhằng chỉ ở 1 lần cho biết chứ quay lại thì không

Nhân viên khách sạn thân thiện, mình bay muộn nên trả phòng lúc chiều nhưng gửi nhờ đồ đến tận tối muộn mới lấy nhưng vẫn rất nhiệt tình Tuy nhiên phòng còn hơi cũ, trong phòng vật dụng còn sơ sài thiếu máy sấy tócc và mặt giường còn chưa phủi sạch đất
