My family went to Tet holiday, rented 2 Standard rooms, large rooms, ok facilities. At first there were some minor problems but the staff resolved them quite quickly. The dining space can see the whole area under the pine hill, the rose garden, the chirping birds are very chill. Breakfast on the first day must be because few guests should choose dishes, the next 2 days is buffet. Edible, not many dishes. Staff from the receptionist, the maid and the security guard are all very friendly and lovely.

Because it was too late and I didn't do enough research before booking, it was a terrible experience. At check-in, there was no reception because I didn't check in at 2 PM as per regulations. The room smelled bad, they said it was due to the cold and I'd have to pay extra to upgrade the room to get rid of the smell. The drinks weren't replaced with fresh bottles, but were left in half-empty bottles from previous guests. The open-air toilet was full of the smell. It was advertised as a breakfast buffet, but there were only 4-5 mediocre dishes; a combo meal would have been better. I've stayed at many resorts before, but I still can't believe this is a 4-star resort!

We stayed for 3 nights and overall had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, the service was great, and the staff were very friendly. Our only small complaint is about the mosquitoes — we had a few bites during our stay. It would be perfect if the hotel could take extra measures to control them. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

Overall we had a pleasant experience. However, I would like to share an unfortunate issue we encountered during checkout. When we checked with the staff earlier, we were informed that we could check out at 3 PM without any additional charges. Based on this, we planned accordingly. However, when we checked out at 3 PM as agreed, we were unexpectedly told there would be a 30% extra charge. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that we were told if we didn’t pay, the staff member who had originally advised us would have the amount deducted from his paycheck. We felt pressured and found this handling very unprofessional, especially since it was a miscommunication on the hotel’s part, not ours. We hope the management can better coordinate internal communication to ensure guests are given clear and consistent information, and that staff members are not put in such difficult situations in front of guests. Other than this issue, we enjoyed our stay, but we hope future guests will have a smoother experience at checkout.

Early check-in is supported but room amenities are not as good as small hotels in the center. The room is super cold, if you have small children, you should consider. In return, the view is very beautiful, breakfast is okay, quiet. But far from the center and the shuttle bus does not take you to the resort!

Customer service is not good, I told the receptionist to check out early at 6am, the receptionist agreed, told the receptionist to prepare breakfast to take away (the hotel announced that if you check out early + the room has breakfast, you will prepare food). light food to take away for guests), then ask to pay for the room in advance. The next morning, when I checked out at 6:00 a.m., the receptionist didn't even see anyone, let alone the breakfast that the guests promised to prepare. —> Afterwards, he did not text or call to inform or apologize to the customer. Poor hygiene, after cleaning the room, bed sheets, towels, blankets of all kinds were left piled on the ground right at the entrance of the villa, blocking the door. When it rains in Da Lat, the water under the living room floor is very dirty.

Beautiful location, on Mimosa hill, but driving in and out of the resort needs more support from security forces instead of letting guests pay attention themselves. Beautiful room, clean, extremely quiet. Great view. Car parking needs more investment, crowded guests have to park on the slope, feeling unsafe. Breakfast is not really impressive. Acceptable.

Chưa từng thấy resort nào tệ hơn phòng bố trí rất tào lao wc không cửa ngăn đi wc là thúi cả phòng, tắm thì nước bắn ra cả ngoài dù có cửa ngăn, ban công không vệ sinh dơ không tả nổi tiện ích hay thoải mái là bằng 0, tối wifi hư gọi điện thoại hỗ trợ thì nhân viên kĩ thuật báo hết sức có ích "iPhone thì khí rồi" wifi có xong được 15p lại mất. Mang tiếng là resort với cả villa Đi đúng dịp Đà Lạt nóng không thể tả đc, xin được cái quạt thì không biết cắm đâu được Nhà hàng buffet sáng thì 7:30 xuống hết món không refill, đồ nước ngó đông ngó tây đầu bếp phụ trách mới chạy ra phục vụ. Món đã ít, có nhúm cỡ chưa tới 20 khách mà không phục vụ được Điểm cộng duy nhất là lễ tân nhiệt tình hết

khách sạn giữa đồi thông khí hậu trong lành mát mẻ thích hợp nghỉ dưỡng yên tĩnh không ồn ào như trong thành phố, cách trung tâm thành phố 5km cũng không xa lắm, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, ăn sáng hơi ít món.

Resort có view đồi và rừng thông rất tuyệt, đặc biệt vào sáng sớm mù sương. Không khí trong lành, yên tĩnh, cảm giác rất thư giãn. Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Phòng rất sạch sẽ và bài trí rất xinh xắn, chỉ có hệ thống nước nóng mất khá nhiều thời gian làm nóng nước, phải đợi (resort có note lưu ý về vấn đề này trong phòng). Việc sử dụng bồn tắm vì thế cũng không quá tiện lợi. Buffet sáng theo mình khá đơn điệu, nhưng không ảnh hưởng quá nhiều đến trải nghiệm. Đường đi từ trung tâm thành phố đến resort là đường đồi, ban đêm có một đoạn không có đèn nên nếu thuê xe máy để tự di chuyển nên tranh thủ về sớm sẽ an toàn hơn.

Resort miss booking, mình đến nơi vào chiều tối muộn, đang đói và mệt mà gặp phải sự cố như vậy thật sự không happy , mặc dù sau đó resort đã có hướng xử lý, vì mùa cao điểm không có lựa chọn nào khác nên bắt buộc mình phải đồng ý.Hi vọng resort chú ý hơn. Khuôn viên rừng thông rất chill, buffet sáng khá ít đồ ăn, tình trạng vệ sinh mình đánh giá chỉ ở mức trung bình ( same hotel 3 sao).
