The hotel is clean, beautiful, cool, receptionist and security guard is enthusiastic and very friendly. The hotel room is small but clean, very neat. If I have a chance to return to Da Nang, I will choose Otis to rest again

We do check in at 5:30pm. I came to my room without light. The staff do not friendly. Far away from city center. The room and the staffs not as expected.

Nice room, reasonable price. Because my team only uses the room to sleep, the day goes out all day so I don't appreciate much about the hotel service. When I went home, the room was always clean, I liked the clean-like kids like me.
