Mình ở 402. 2 người lớn 1 trẻ em. 1. Không giấy vs, không dầu gội sữa tắm, xuống xin được 1 lần, hôm sau nhân viên dọn phòng cũng không fill lại. khách sạn chỉ cho 1 khăn tắm 1 khăn lau mặt. 2. Wifi không vào được. hỏi lễ tân thì anh bảo xuống sảnh xài cho nhanh =]]]. 3h sáng mình còn ngồi ngoài cafe 24h để có wifi làm việc. 3. Đặt 2 phòng giường đôi, nhưng khách sạn đưa phòng 2 giường đơn. 4. khách sạn dơ. Lễ tân thoắt ẩn thoắt hiện. Tóm lại: Ngoài việc gần biển thì mọi thứ đều rất tệ. Nên cân nhắc kỹ!

Room is good, service attitude of good staff. However, the quality of breakfast was so bad, I came here for the second time and was disappointed that the breakfast was really nothing to eat and the tasting dishes didn't taste good at all! Hope for a change!

Management, receptionist, lack of courtesy, breakfast restaurant, food is not good, staff are bad, hotel is too old, room noise is outside, security when guests check out then sit there to sleep, not helping Guests bring luggage to the car. tom again this hotel never again.

The room is quite old, the blanket is smelly, the air conditioner is weak, the breakfast is small and the dining room smells of grease. The reception department so bad is not enthusiastic! In general, if the vote is 2.5 / 5 for both quality and service

The receptionist was unfriendly. Room quality is poor compared to price. Breakfast bad. Book a prepaid room on the app, check in and check out the room, make enough reasons, finally wait 10-15 minutes to check before you have a room. Do not issue invoices, issue invoices for an additional 20-25%.

The hotel has old furniture, blankets and blankets, dirty bathrooms, small wardrobe, night to dusk when the area around the hotel is very noisy because foreign guests are drunk and shouting and singing . The receptionist is not enthusiastic to welcome the guests. The buffet breakfast is very sketchy.

Really disappointed when choosing to stay at this hotel! The mind room, the location is ok but the way the staff members work too professionally (especially the receptionists). Communication with customers is very rude, wifi is too slow to meet basic usage needs! Not recommended booking options at this hotel!
