This was an amazing experience. The food was plentiful and the staff very attentive. The bedroom was perfect being a corner room with balcony. Couldn’t have been better.

Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless.

The boat and rooms and staff were awesome. But the itinerary was lackluster. We did one kayaking stop-off and then they let us jump off the back of the boat and tread water for a bit. My previous cruise we stopped at actual locations and had guided tours.

Wirklich schöne 2 Tages-Tour durch die Halong-Bucht. Toller Blick aus dem Zimmer, vom Sonnendeck und dem Speisesaal. Service wird sehr groß geschrieben, sämtliches Personal ist freundlich und sehr engagiert.

Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant..
But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!!
We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact.
Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are.
