Lovely service and staff (until we got booted out of the lobby area with lots of empty seats (needed a reservation) and put in the windowless business center.) The beds are not super comfortable which is suprising for a Park Hyatt.

It’s as classic for Saigon and located well. We loved the decor and elegance. The warm greetings by staff is. Plus and they were than happy to help us and remembered our names. All the elements were there for a great hotel. I loved the quaint spa facilities. Breakfast was always satisfying and delicious. Our room was spacious and was offer to us early upon arrival. The only draw back was the hotel noises on our end of the floor. A 4 plus star is a more accurate rating. We would stay here again.

- Room is elegant. I like the style. - Lobby has a good atmosphere day and night. Nice cocktail and singing. - Pool is old fashioned, not connecting with any big wardrobe space. You can walk in directly. - Staff is warm but needs more attention on service. Sometimes I feel confused about some gesture.

Good location. Near opera house, walking street, city hall, high end shopping. Safe area. Clean and comfortable rooms. Large warm pool. French restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff very friendly.
