The hotel is generally clean, cozy, close to the center, a 10-minute walk to Bui Vien Street. My room is quite small and has no windows, suitable for the price of about 600k / night. The breakfast restaurant is quite ok, the staff is warm, the breakfast quality is not too bad. In general, it is not equal to 3-star hotels in Da Nang, but it is ok in the center of Saigon.

The hotel staff is friendly and informative, the English is good. the location of the hotel is good, looking for food or buying souvenirs is enough to cross but be careful. The driver there doesn't seem to understand the name zebra crossing. Transportation there is better to use the Grab application.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to everything within walking distance. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent. Breakfast is good, as in all hotels better suited to local people. Recommend staying at this hotel.

Wow! Just wow! The service in this 3* hotel is on par with any 5*. I really did not expect such high level of attentiveness. The waiters remembered my breakfast orders from the previous day. Room size is ok but very clean. Only thing is that the wall is a bit thin... you could hear people talking in the hallway. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, beer street and Ben thanh market. Will stay here again when I am back in Saigon :)
