I recently stayed at the Peninsula Hotel Danang, and I had an amazing experience overall! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, and the ambiance was luxurious yet comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped, providing a truly relaxing environment. The hotel’s location was also convenient, allowing easy access to many attractions. However, the only downside was the sound insulation in the room. Unfortunately, I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, which occasionally interrupted the tranquility. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would still highly recommend the Peninsula Hotel for anyone looking to enjoy their time in Danang!

Quite a strange experience for a 5star hotel. 1st of all if you're a foreigner you may have a different experience. For a Vietnamese person I was treated quite poorly by the staff. Breakfast buffet was greeted with not allowing us to sit at a six person table although we were a party of 3. Normally it should be 1st come 1st serve. There was another couple who sat at a 6 person table and nothing was said. They of course were not Vietnamese. Then there was the issue of getting reservation for the "free" massage that the hotel offered. Tried to make a reservation and was told there weren't anymore free massage reservations. Only after talking to the manager was a reservation opened for us. 3rd, housekeeping didnt clean the room until late afternoon even after letting housekeeping know that we would be stepping out for lunch for them to clean the room. So after a long day out to come back to a room not reset was quite frustrating.

Lovely stay at the Peninsula. The beach here is less crowded than MyKhe. Love all the extras included in our stay like the spa session, and the afternoon tea. Sea view room was also fantastic. And I love the roof top area. Great buffet breakfast at the top floor too! Thank you!

Very nice location right opposite to the beach! The hotel staff are nice that they helped to arrange an early check-in for when we arrive the hotel. They also offered to assist us crossing the road to the beach the first time. We enjoyed our stay there with the great view!

It was too big of a hotel , the front desk staff was not accommodating, did not offer me an apgrade for the room telling me that the room I had chosen was the best room which is not true . The day we arrived there was a show in the Dragon Bridge that only was given on weekends and they did not tell us . Room we got was very small , well appointed but they should had given us an upgrade as I checked their web site and there was better rooms Breakfast was ok but not delicious . All in all we were ok but if you asked me I would never stay there again .
