The resort is located right in the center of Phan Thiet city, so it is easy to get to other places. The resort is spacious and airy, suitable for vacation. The rooms are clean and the staff is enthusiastic. However, the breakfast buffet has few dishes and the buffet restaurant is a bit small (maybe because there weren't many guests when I went).

The room is fully equipped, the breakfast is not very rich. The resort is close to the beach but the beach is not swimmable, you have to walk a long distance to swim. There are not many activities for children to play. The plus point is that it is close to the center so it is convenient to go out.

The location is right in Phan Thiet city, quite close to the city's attractions and Phan Thiet market, especially close to the beach. The hotel space is suitable for relaxation, the breakfast is quite delicious, with a variety of dishes (European and Vietnamese dishes). There is a swimming pool and a children's play area, the swimming pool always has staff on duty and collects trash continuously. All the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, when you just arrive, there will be staff running out to help you carry your luggage to check in and then help you bring it to your room for 10 VND. Will return to the hotel on future occasions.

Information between the hotel and Traveloka is not clear, surcharges from children lead to very high room costs compared to beautiful locations like Mui Ne. When you need to contact Traveloka, it is very difficult. The sea cannot swim. The receptionist is not friendly, when they have questions, they just leave it up to Trevaloka, both sides blame each other

Have seen many reviews and please rate the experience. Closing a sentence "suitable for the price and family", you do not ask for more with that price but still have buffet and hotel right next to the sea. Your staff in Ao Dai continue to work very well, politely greet, eat softly. The hotel was built a long time ago… the interior is wood-panelled, but it is still cared for like new.. the key is not a big problem.. the rough sea is not suitable for swimming.. the waves are very scary... near the city so eating and drinking is ok, near ... and near ohan station, it is worth to experience. Children have a surcharge, not very expensive…satisfied family, happy experience with the money for 2 nights…and eat seafood balls… The gym is quite fun, the equipment is very old but still well taken care of… the gym people are still satisfied with the exercises and enjoy a buffet breakfast….

My family had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Everyone is cute and attentive, the hotel handles the arising flexibly, our family takes the train, so we arrive at the hotel a bit earlier than the scheduled time but still get to check in early. Very pleased!

My family just stayed here last September, generally satisfied. The hotel is located close to the center of Phan Thiet city, so it is quite convenient to move. The parking lot is spacious, although there are only a few shaded slots. Pros: - Near the city - Pretty good price - Friendly enthusiastic staff - Delicious breakfast, especially fish cake soup - Full hotel amenities, built-in air-conditioner and bath tub - Swimming with counselors and supervisors Cons: - The hotel is many years old (more than 20 years) so everything is quite old - The elevator is small and a bit smelly - The hotel campus is shared with a cafe or something Besides, outsiders come in quite crowded and luxuriant In general, recommend this resort. If I go next time, I will visit again.
