Impolite, worst room, Dalat, wc spoiled room to speak sympathetically, although the hotel has rooms, the staff said that you are one night special so you cannot have room, no parking. The elevator forbids me to go, even though my family goes to 5 rooms, in all the view of the corrugated iron and trash houses ... Hello Hoi. The hotel was happy to welcome his family. We acknowledge the suggestions of the family. But we still want to share some information and things when traveling and staying in hotels that guests need to note. If anything goes wrong, we will extract the camera about the problems that happened at the hotel at the family stay: Firstly, his family booked 5 rooms without windows, the hotel supported the rooms with windows as close to each other as possible for convenient transportation. Monday: Parking issues, the hotel has free parking for 4-7 car parking, not free for cars over 16 seats but there is a parking lot for guests who need to park their car near the hotel. Tuesday: The hotel lights still work normally, only when guests unplug the power card from the outlet, the electricity in the room will automatically turn off. Wednesday: The towels in the room are for bathing, but his family, exactly the room B303 used the hotel towels to clean shoes. Dirty hotel towels, we asked his family to support staff 50,000 VND charge for staff soaking washing towels. If because of this problem that makes our family unhappy about the hotel, we really apologize to the family. But the hotel also hopes that my family should review their work when using the hotel services. And the hotel also hopes that not because of such a small matter, such a hotel evaluation. New hotel, clean. My host is friendly, I have small children, so I often turn to hot porridge for my children to eat. However, the bed is for 2 parents and small children, the baby is small, the cushion subsides back pain, not cleaning the bathroom

This hotel is located right in the city center and not far from Lam Vien Square, Night Market, Big C Supermarket, etc. The staff were very hospitable and considerate whenever we asked for information of tourist attractions, breakfast food stalls and they didn't mind opening the garage as many times as we please. The mistress named the hotel after her hometown so there was a close feeling to Northern people like us. It looked brand new because it was built just 5 months ago. We booked a double room with a window. We could see no view from the window but it was big enough to know the weather outside. The room was fully-furnished with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom where hot water was always available. I regret not hiring a motorbike in the hotel because I accidentally hire a cheaper one outside with bad helmets. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to make wonderful experience in Da Lat.
