Very outdated, a bit run down. Service not too friendly.

Room is not too good, door knob was broken, restroom was together with shower….

This place was not clean at all. Needs major upkeep. Could be real nice if improvements were made. Did have good hot water and some of the staff very friendly.

Very good Hotel

We love to complex and have returned several times, but this time the bed was so hard that it brought pain to my body. We cannot return again if the mattress will be so hard.

Near the centre of the city, but Swimming pool is not very clean

The room was a good size but could have been cleaner. We were lucky, another couple had something scratching round inside the Base of their bed all night. Breakfast was ok if you are happy with Vietnamese food and sugar water posing as fruit juice. Restocking was minimal so you have to get to breakfast early. We had dinner one night which was quite pleasant and nicely served. The pool is a good size and kept clean although the surrounding area often had the remnants of last night's party and was very slippery. We saw 3 people fall. They claimed to have a pool bar which consisted of a large fridge with tins of drinks in. The only bar was in the restaurant 100 yards+ away in the restaurant. There was waitress service however. There was not enough matresses to go on all the beds round the pool and it was frustrating to find nowhere to sit because people from other hotels were using the beds.

Unfortunately it was off season this week when my husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon and the hotel and the area were very very quiet which was a little boring and the weather wasn't good either. You couldn't really swim at the beach because it was very rough and the hotel pool was actually quite warm so not very refreshing. Breakfast is not good and one day there was just no breakfast at all! Apart from that it is a clean and up to date hotel, we stayed in a bungalow which I recommend and it's great value for money. The surrounding area isn't great at the moment as there is a lot of development going on which means lots of rubbish everywhere. I'm sure in high season it would have been a much more enjoyable trip.

Really firm bed (too firm), not free shuttle from airport, and they charge it 10$ if you want it, when a cab is less expensive... Not really friendly, Not a private beach, need to cross a path and another hotel to be on the beach.

We stayed here less than a week ago. Its a great location walking distance to market ,beach ,restaurants. We had our 11 year old son so a big pool was very important. The rooms where a good size we shared a bed which was ok . The free breakfasts where really good. They have a great Kitchen there so food quality and cleanliness was of a high standard. Lots of variety. I would recommend staying here its very good value for money.

Nice stay other than the electrical power would not turn on after you left the room when inserting the room key card into the holder. This happened 3 times then they finally re-wired to bypass the switch for the rest of our stay. Service was very good. Nice pool and the hotel is located not too far from the beach. Nice view from the roof top bar in the hotel.

People are nice, but the rooms were not as clean as expected and the beds were really hard. Overal good location because it's close to the beach!

Friendly and honest staff. I was upgraded to a bungalow. Good food. Clean pool.

Great location literally 50m walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful with plenty of lovely reasonably priced food and bars. The pool was the highlight of the resort. The buffet breakfast was also good. Staff were friendly. Only qualm is that the bed was very hard, although it was massive, which was great for activities. Overall, a great experience here.

Vi boede 9 nætter på hotellet. Først fik vi en bungalow tæt på hovedbygningen. Sengen var hård som beton, hvilket ødelagde hele oplevelsen. Efter 2 nætter fik vi lov til at bytte til en bungalow ved poolen hvilket var en hel anden oplevelse. Meget hyggeligere og en god seng. Så bed specifikt om en bungalow i den ende er min anbefaling

Städning under all kritik. Gymmet stängt och användes som förråd. Vattnet i poolen kunde varit renare.

L'hôtel est situé dans la partie animée de l'île à 5 minutes de marche du plus grand (seul vrai) supermarché de l'île. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, propre et très bien géré. Les bungalows, récemment construits, donnent directement sur la mer. Magnifique séjour dans cet établissement.

Trevliga rum, fin pool dock var solsängar och parasoll i u uselt skick. Frukostbuffén var dålig kan berott på få gäster.
