The waitress was very friendly but the facilities were seriously degraded. The app is big and professional but the accommodation recommendations were not verified. Very disappointing. Booked 2 nights but had to cancel one night because I couldn't stay.

The room with a city view actually looked out onto a roof full of rubbish, for a small extra charge we could have had a room with a river view. The "hotel" is run down, the plaster is falling off, the walls are mouldy. The bathtub in the bathroom is boarded up, we couldn't figure out how to use it. The last straw was a rat running around in front of the reception. Although we had paid for the three nights in advance, we preferred to look for other accommodation. Everyone should stay far away.

Extremely bad people, don't look at the pictures on the ad network, when you go to the place it's like a haunted house, the facade is covered with moss, the dust is dirty and covered with cobwebs, the toilet is even worse than the public toilet (all day) It was only me and 3 other guests who had bad luck) me and my lover didn't dare to stay but the manager did not refund the deposit, the attitude was like cheating customers after booking and did not pay, I went to the country to accept to lose 50% of the money. still can't, lose to motels and I have to spend money to rent another hotel, advise you guys to absolutely not come here in the future or you will lose money, that worst hotel now has to suffer (not worth it) any 1 star for being bad at everything).

The hotel has a nice location, beautiful river view. The hotel does not actively contact to quote the requests that arise but wait for the new room to be notified, which is passive. The room is quite dirty, old and not clean. Very hard pillows. Everything was strong and smelled of room spray because of low humidity. The bathroom is not drained quickly so it is easy to flood and stagnant. Cute reception, polite talk, but the island tour package advice is not enthusiastic, just want to sell the tour to eat roses so the price is high.
