The receptionist wearing glasses is super enthusiastic but I don't remember her name, very friendly and enthusiastic, the room is clean, airy, good soundproofing, I often go to check out these hotels and that, but luckily when traveling I came across this hotel, everything is okay and good, everyone can try and experience +1 hotel next time I come to Da Nang, I will stay again

Old hotel, far from the center. I checked in at 5:30 pm but the room still had dirty towels that had not been cleaned. The balcony door was broken so I felt unsafe. The staff did not clean the room every day. No towels were changed, no water was refilled. I stayed until the 3rd day and called the receptionist to have the room cleaned, towels changed and water refilled. This terrible experience ruined my whole mood for this trip to Da Nang. Will not come back.
