I checked in early but the hotel was free for me and upgraded the room to a better room for me. Thank you! Room is clean, nice, panoramic view over the city. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff. The pool is extremely beautiful, the location is good near restaurants, minimarts, .... so there's no need to go far.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Rest Hotel, Da Nang I had a wonderful stay at Rest Hotel and ended up extending my visit because I enjoyed it so much. The reception staff were outstanding always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions or requests. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. A special thank you also goes to the security guard, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted guests with a smile. Small gestures like these make a big difference and show how much the hotel cares about its guests. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was greatly appreciated during the hot and humid Da Nang weather. My room was comfortable, clean, and cool throughout my stay. One of the highlights was watching the spectacular fireworks from the rooftop. The views were amazing and created a memorable experience that I will not forget. Mini mart near by with local street food only a few steps away. Rest hotels a nice place and a quick trip into town 10. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable.

I checked into a room on the 10th floor, but the receptionist said it was on the 8th floor. It made me go up and down the stairs. Then, during check-out, I waited forever and nobody said anything. When I asked again, the receptionist said it was ready and someone had informed me, even though I waited a long time and nobody said anything. Overall, the service was terrible.
