2 years ago I stayed here for more than 1 month, I liked this hotel because it was near the temple so I felt peaceful. 2 years later I returned to the hotel and it was deteriorating terribly fast. The old air conditioner was not clean, the shower was broken and not replaced, the walls were old, the bed sheets and pillows were all very old. The female receptionist answered the guests' questions as if she was dealing with guests, I suggest that the hotel owner should let the staff take an additional customer service course to know how to answer guests, with the same answer instead of answering I don't know this is the hotel's regulation, I can also answer I know that the price is also high but it is because the cost to re-make the key is high, please sympathize with me, then when the guests hear it, it will feel less burdensome than answering, I don't know, it is the hotel's regulation. This hotel is suitable for guests who need a quiet place because the surroundings are very quiet, near the temple, there is no convenient supermarket.

I have stayed here once because the room view facing Tien Son bridge is very beautiful, the balcony view is convenient, the room is clean and beautifully arranged, the only thing that is a bit regretful is that I recently planned to swim in the swimming pool but the swimming pool was under maintenance 🥲🥲🥲but it's okay if I have the chance I will come back, oh one more thing is that the room price if booked 1-2 months in advance will be very cheap or if you plan to suddenly stay overnight, the room here is the same price as booking 1-2 months in advance hihi

Nice and okay BUT I would like to suggest that during the day the lobby is like the lobby of an abandoned house. The lights are not cool and only turn on at night. When you walk in in the hot sun, it's even hotter. Horrible. The staff must have met a lot of foreign guests so they ignored Vietnamese guests. Didn't hear anything until I checked out and heard their accent. As for the room, it's ok, beautiful, clean, and standard.
