No shower gel, no toothpaste, dirty comb, there was a clear package that was probably left over from a previous customer, the refrigerator didn't work, the bed even made a noise when touched, all the towels and pillows had stains, trash on top of the wardrobe. The old guest's house was not even cleaned, there were 2 chairs without a table, so I had to use the bedside table to put things, and it was also dark; Overall, it's really bad :) I know the price is ok, but if the hotel acts like it's letting guests lack these basic things, I'll lose.

When I checked in, the hotel gave me a room on the top floor (my room was on this floor, next to the hotel's clothes drying area, it felt like a warehouse). The floor was dirty, the water couldn't flow, the air conditioner was broken and there was no air conditioner. The staff who came up to help with the repairs just took the fan and told them to sleep better. They really have never been to a place that was this bad.

- We have paid online first, check in the front desk has a cfm, when checking out still asked again and again if I have paid, did the hotel really know the guest information? - We booked a room to check in at 2 o'clock, because we were late for the bus, so we came to check in at 4 o'clock, but the room was still not cleaned, when we arrived, we had to wait a bit more to clean the room, then the room was still dirty, the floor had just been cleaned finished but not clean, the toilet is not clean, there is a bad smell. - The refrigerator is not cleaned and feels like it has not been cleaned, the inside is quite dirty, there are many black stains like mold. The corners of the room, under the bed is still a lot of dust, the hair is not clean due to the hygiene - Book a car rental in advance, but when you arrive, the car is reported to be damaged, the price is 120k. The hotel contacted the car of the next hotel for us to rent but it cost 150k. The difference is not much, but I feel like I am forced to hire. - The reception area, car parking, tables and chairs for guests to sit, cooking utensils and spices are left right on the stairs, cleaning tools are not separated and look very messy. #The owner gave us an extra hour to stay without any additional charge to make up for the cleaning time. => If you have used the service, no customer wants these cases to happen to make up for it. To come back, we won't come back here again.

The hotel is a bit like an inn, minus points because the room does not have a dressing table and there is no shower gel, unsanitary utensils before guests arrive. I stayed for 2 days and asked someone to clean up, just cleaned it but didn't change the bed sheets, had an additional surcharge of 100k for leaving dirty dishes, talking back and forth, I didn't have to pay If I asked if I would come back to stay, it would be for sure. no, because it's like staying to clean up the room, it's dirty to touch anything, everything is charged, while I've been to a lot of places but never met this case
