I have booked 2 rooms via the app along with 1 direct room, with the intention of staying 2 nights, because of the sudden reason we only stayed for 1 night, I asked the hotel for assistance to get the room back. 1 night of the direct book room and 2 book rooms through the app I accepted to lose money, but I received the reply of the manager that tt did not get back ... Why so strange? If the customer is not staying, he has started to pay off, having a problem that can be solved within his reach is so difficult? guests determined to travel, they never care about paying money for accommodation ... but in this case the hotel can handle within reach but do not stretch :))) after this I give hotel negative points plus bad treatment :)))

Hello Ms. An Do, Robin was sad to hear from her about the non-refundable room for her group due to last minute travel schedule changes, meaning that it was until the morning of the day when she wanted to return her to inform the hotel. Keeping the room in the system means that the hotel guarantees her room and refuses to book other rooms. In her case, the cancellation of rooms close to the hour would make it difficult for the hotel to sell rooms at the last minute and the hotel was out of room that day. In fact, her rooms could not be sold due to the late opening and cancellation fee will be applied according to the hotel's terms. Hope you sympathize and wish you a good day. Robin Team.

Friendly and enthusiastic worker. rooms are clean, tidy and always clean. A bit of a secret room, but with such a price, it's too good for a vacation. The only minus is about renting a motorbike. I rented my first car very well, but on the second day I got a flat tire, the hotel changed my car but it was not very good. Anyway, I had a good vacation. Thank you 👍

The hotel is near the beach, walking distance of 5p, located in the hotel area so book grab very easy. The hotel is clean, the receptionist is friendly. Only the room has only yellow light, no white light. Every day will be free 2 small bottles of water, all the water in the refrigerator will be charged.

Scooter staff loaned quite leprous, so it is very dangerous when going to the mountain pass, the way to solve the rent is not satisfactory, the owner is quite an attitude. The rest is good hotel, nice room, basic. My room air conditioner is not very cold.
