The hotel is close to the beach, convenient for transportation (vinwonder, taking a canoe to the island,...) Friendly and supportive staff. Breakfast is also diverse. Rooms are generally clean, similar to the sea view picture. However, my room was not cleaned thoroughly. When checking in, I saw half a package of moon cakes left by a previous guest in the bedside cabinet. Some sockets and bathroom doors have deteriorated: broken. The room hygiene was terrible; the room was small and they even put a sauna in it (which was unusable), and the emergency exit was blocked by dismantled bathtubs. The bright spots were the enthusiastic and friendly reception staff, and the breakfast was decent. The air conditioning and hot water were very good.

I booked 3 nights from June 1st to June 4th, 2026. However, I was very disappointed. I booked a room with two beds but was given a single room, which was very cramped because it had a sauna but it wasn't working, the TV wouldn't turn on, the bathroom was moldy, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I have sinusitis, and after two hours I couldn't stand it and had to check out immediately. Furthermore, the swimming pool shown in the photos was actually just a children's wading pool, with a strong chlorine smell. Overall, I was very disappointed.

Check-in wasn't available until 3 PM. Check-out was scheduled for 12:30 PM, but at 12 PM the receptionist kept calling frantically, urging us to check out immediately. Then staff came to our room, knocking on the door and trying to kick us out… Terrible experience.

The breakfast wasn't as varied as other 4-star hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were nice, but the curtains weren't clean, and the soundproofing wasn't great. My family arrived by car, and there was no staff to assist or guide us to the parking lot in the evening. The only positive was the free room upgrade.
