I booked 3 rooms, 1 big double room and 2 small 2-bed rooms, but when they arrived at 9pm they left my family in 3 small 2-bed rooms, the resort had no other guests but us. refuses to re-arrange accordingly, then when actually checking in because the 3 rooms are not close to each other so they change to the nearby room, they get 1 double bed room. Bad room, musty smell, breakfast is light because there are no guests so only chicken vermicelli and fried bread, in general accommodation and service are worse than hotels 2 *

The resort is well situated and the facilities are beautiful from the outside. However, the bungalow where I stayed left much to be desired. The toilet, shower and hand basin are all in the same fairly small space. The beds weren’t actually made – a rolled duvet and pillow were just left on them. I was incorrectly informed that the hotel restaurant was closed and drove to an outside restaurant for dinner.
