The hotel situated within walking to the Bui Vien walking street however, I did not experience any noise or music at night There are many restaurants locals and international on the same block of the hotel. There is a bus terminal and underground mall within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I felt very safe walking alone at night. Definitely stay here again. The receptionists both day and nite was very polite and helpful so does the owner

Enjoyable stay staff friendly, room was clean and tidy only down side it was a windowless room. The room was cleaned every day just wasn’t keen on the choice of breakfast you only got one small cup of coffee no refills. Overall a pleasant stay would definitely stay here again.

Wasn’t very keen on breakfast not much of a choice you only got one small coffee that was it no juice. Would I stay here again yes but in a room with a window

Arrived at hotel to find no booking in our name despite having booked 10 months in advance, 1/2 hour for them to agree to put us in smaller room without balcony & agreed refund of $17 per night. Day of checkout they offered $6 per night, I refused to accept & contacted Hotels.com direct who apologised on their behalf & gave a full refund as promised. Eat elsewhere nextdoor or 2-3 hotels down (half cooked egg & bread for breakfast at Amigo) The rest of the hotel stay was fine.

Great location for seeing all the HCMC sights. price was good, staff friendly. Although I don't think they were ultra excited about waking up at 6:00 am to let us out of the hotel for breakfast:), they didn't complain, just slept at the front desk between us leaving and coming back. They 100% had the best coffee we had while in HCMC. Originally we were only taking our 20 year old daughter, but then decided to bring our 17 year old as well. I mentioned that because the room was really only for 3 people and I never followed back up to modify the reservation. they didn't seem to really be bothered by it, although 3 would have been more comfortable. I loved the balcony with chairs. In the end we would stay there again on a budget.
