Plus points: cute, enthusiastic staff. Spacious rooms, easy to find location Minus: very old furniture, feels like there is no investment to refurbish everything even though it is very old. The bed is creaking, the towel has been washed and smells good, but it can still be seen as old. The unreasonable point that bothers me the most here is the breakfast service time. In the meal voucher, it is stated that from 6 am to 8 pm, it is extremely unreasonable for a resort trip to have to get up so early to have breakfast. Not to mention, it was recorded that until 8:30 am, but before 8 am, the buffet line was clean and empty, but the kitchen also said there was nothing left to refill, which is very unreasonable. The quality of service is not worth the money spent, in short, if I have the opportunity to return to Bac Lieu, I will not book this hotel again. The price is too high for the actual quality.

Very bad service, no reception, no inviting water when checking in, no luggage support... rooms are dark, wc is soapy... taxis are tight, taking prices in the sky. .. for breakfast, there are only 2 noodle dishes, instant noodles and omelets... Oh, I can't wait to visit the second time...

The hotel is seriously degraded, feeling that the room is not clean, the decoration is normal. In the morning buffet, the staff is worried about taking advantage of the early hours to do something. They also ask each other when will run out of customers what to do with this, only you checkin is the best.

This is an old silver hotel and a Saigon business bought it again. Located right in the silver market without a basement, you will leave your car outdoors in the rain. There are guards, they distinguish beautiful and ugly cars. My car boe in the sunshade roof to check in 2 hours to see the car sun drying. An old hotel smells of damp, extremely damp bedding. And not clean decent, towels are tangled except the smell is also. The room is heavily degraded, the TV is small but the screen is awful. Window if you pull the curtain will see insect eggs plus spider webs. Seems like a year has never cleaned a window. Do not take the stairs because it is terrible in the smell of mold. There was no warmth in the hotel owner. Breakfast food is quite sweet and sweet like tea. With the room rate and quality, it is really a waste of money. Here they sell rooms to the main travel company. Should retail price is high. If you do not carefully clean, this is a good choice. But guests are quite impatient. Noisy rush like the market always. I took the elevator to my room and there were 2 men in room 412, naked, sitting right at the door of the room, opening their mouths and shouting for beer. Guests are noisily running and jumping, which is a lousy culture of Vietnamese people. A tired night 3 stars to buy services. 1 star grading standard
