The location really good, in the middle between the beach and dragon bridge/sontra night market. We got beach, mountain, and river as the room view. They're really near, but we asked for rental bike instead and they searched for us. The staff very friendly, there's two staff that take my favorite: the receptionist lady that on the night shift during our stay how kind and friendly she is, and the lady that welcome in restaurant (with the most fluent in english) that we asked to inform us of the ingredients (we don't eat pork, lard, alcohol) she remember us each morning and give us guide. We forgot to ask their name, but thank you very much! We asked for late check in and early check out due to our flight schedule. We also requested for airport transfer which they provide with extra fee. That's reasonable. The room is okay, clean and neat, it just doesn't have soundproof. And remember, don't open the window for too long, or the cockroach outside would fly into the room through window like our case. But no biggie, staff handle it quick. The bed is fluffy, and the water for shower is clean. The variety of food not really much (esp for us who can't eat some food), but the taste pretty decent too.

The minute we stepped off the taxi we felt welcomed. The staff came rushing, greeted us and brought our bags in. Checking in was very quick and fuss free. The welcome drink was so refreshing. The room was clean even though a bit small, but we were staying for only one night, so it was alright. It is within walking distance to the beach and also the Dragon Bridge and night market. The staffs were very helpful and arrange tickets and driver to bring us to Ba Na Hills and then to our next destination, Hoi An. Breakfast was delicious and lots of seafood+egg+fruit veg choices for a Muslim. I strongly recommend this place.

I checked in quite late but Mr. Canh supported me very enthusiastically and got a free room upgrade. Although the breakfast was not diverse, the beef noodle soup was very flavorful. Mr. Canh, Kha, and Vuong supported me very enthusiastically during my stay here. I am very satisfied.

The room is spacious, just like the picture, the staff is friendly, close to the beach is quite ok. The only downside is that the room's soundproofing is not very good. Because my room has a balcony facing the street, it is noisy, noisy at night and difficult to sleep.

The service and people were excellent. The staff here are extremely friendly and cheerful. But one thing that's really annoying: the door doesn't seal properly, and it's very noisy. We live right next to a family with several children. They let their kids sleep in a separate room and the parents in another. From 10 PM to midnight, the children constantly knock on their parents' door and scream for their parents to come sleep with them because they're scared. We couldn't sleep for two nights. The door doesn't close tightly and has a gap, making it extremely noisy, so we can hear everything from outside.

Overall was nice except breakfast. Most food was cold (bacon, sausage), no juice left 1hour before end of breakfast time (08:30). Traveloka didn't charge automatically extra child, 8y old, according to hotel policy.
