Honestly! This hotel is old, the quality has gone down and one special thing is that the owner of this hotel has REGIONAL DISCRIMINATION, speaks in a condescending manner, looking down on the people from the provinces who rent rooms there.

It's true that going out and bringing back frustration, my family is easy-going, the mattress is dirty, the air conditioner takes half a day to cool down, the refrigerator is broken, there is no hair dryer, the wardrobe is rickety,... but all of that we can overlook except that we arrived at 8am that day, they gave us the room card to check in early without telling us in advance about any additional charges, while we just put our things in the room and left, checking in early was not necessary for us but because the hotel gave it to us without saying anything, we thought that the room was checked out early so we could check in early, only when we checked out did they say we had to pay an additional fee for early check-in, it really made me angry, if we had to pay that price, we could have rented a much better hotel. That is, because they charged extra without saying anything until we checked out, isn't that no different from herding chickens?

The hotel owner is too difficult. Not happy, enthusiastic with customers. The new security guard has closed until 12 o'clock, not allowing visitors to enter. Must knock on the door and call for a long time to wake up!

Hotel on bed with ants, I book a room for 5 guests but give me a room of 3 guests. After I tried to get more pillows, I did not give, finally 5 people slept with 3 pillows. too bad.

When I checked in, my room was all over, I was able to receive Tripple's room. The room is also quite clean but slightly small, the air conditioner is slightly weak. Toilet is ok.
