The room is not like the picture, quite dusty and not fully equipped. The car is parked outside without a tarp or anything, quite dangerous. Quite disappointed because of a really bad experience, because I wanted to stay, I booked it quickly via the app :(

- Parking is limited, can park about 2-3 5-seat cars and difficult to combine or turn around - The hotel is located in a small alley, difficult to turn around - Public areas, hallways are very dirty - No hot water at night - Air conditioner is not cold - Toilets are dirty, smelly - Old wooden doors - The desk phone to contact the receptionist cannot be used, if you need anything, press the elevator up or down and the receptionist will notify - The elevator is very old, looks very dangerous - Room rates are high but there are no basic services that can be fully used

The hotel is located in an alley but close to the center. The hotel is dark, old, with trash and leaves all over the hallway. Checked in on the 4th floor, there were c**ks all over the smelly stairs. The room was dirty and not like the picture. When we checked in, our group was the only guest, so we were scared and decided to book a different room. We didn't think that with a hotel like a haunted house, Traveloka would still let guests book for 800-900k/room like that. At that time, our group was too scared to think much and walked out of that place, so there are no pictures.

Chưa bao giờ đi cái khách sạn nào tệ đến vậy, vừa hôi, dơ mà máy lạnh có cũng như ko, nước nóng không có. Do khuya quá tặc lưỡi ở đại rồi sáng đi luôn. Chỉ 1 lần và không bao giờ quay lại An ủi một chút là đứa em lễ tân nhiệt tình. Tóm lại: khách sạn quá tệ để nghỉ dưỡng khi đi du lịch

Phòng dơ,rất dơ,nước không có nước nóng,nước thì có mùi tanh,nệm thì cứng,tất cả thiết bị đã cũ,nước ngọt để trong phòng thì hết hsd từ t2/2023 nhìn chai nước là đã biết khâu vệ sinh của khách sạn tệ tới mức nào,đứng nên ở đây phí tiền

Phòng đẹp, nhân viên nhiệt tình, khách sạn có không gian bơi lội và ăn uống BBQ. View núi đẹp, mình nghĩ khách sạn nên nâng cấp một số thứ thì sẽ đắt khách hơn. Nhất định sẽ quay trở lại

Khách sạn nằm trong con đường nhỏ thông ra Hoàng Hoa Thám rất nhiều chỗ ăn uống. Giá hợp lý. Khuôn viên mát mẻ do có nhiều cây, buổi tối cũng rất yên tĩnh. Phòng nhỏ xinh thôi nhưng vì có cửa sổ lớn đón nắng nên cũng không cảm giác ngộp. Tuy nhiên sàn trong phòng chưa sạch lắm vì khách cũ đi dính nước biển nhưng vệ sinh không lau kĩ nên rất rít chân. Bù lại nhân viên lễ tân cực thân thiện và hỗ trợ hết mình từ việc thuê xe đến cho mượn thêm bình đun nước.

Khách sạn decor màu sắc dễ thương, đèn vàng, phòng đủ tiện nghi cơ bản. Nệm hơi cứng, mền hơi ngắn. Wifi không vào được. Định sẽ quay lại nhưng wifi không oke nên thôi.

When I opened the door, there was a very unpleasant smell. I thought that if the room was closed, it would go away but the smell did not go away. In the bathroom, there were 3 towels hanging on the shelf, beer cans were thrown around under the bed, the room was not prepared with bottled water, and the bed was too hard. The soundproofing of the room was extremely bad. The house next door sang karaoke from about 3pm to nearly 7pm, making it really impossible for me to rest. At 7:00 p.m., I was forced to check out even though I stayed for about 4-5 hours. I got feedback from the evening shift staff and was told that "it probably won't be cleaned." I recorded a clip and told the staff that I would 1 star rating

Hồ bơi nước rất dơ không sử dụng được. Phòng máy lạnh không mát nổi rất nóng . Giường thì cát. Nước ngọt khách sạn để trong phòng hết date gần 2 năm trời gia đình mình có Lỡ uống 1 ngụm mà bị đau bụng 2 ngày trời. Nói chung sẽ không quay lại🙂

The room is small and smelly, the hallway is dirty, the room has no hair dryer or kettle, the elevator is small, if you want to check in early you have to pay an extra fee, they don't support free early check-in like other hotels.

The reception staff are very friendly. But the bed and pillows are old. The bed is very hard, (hard mattress, hard pillow), sleep 1 night wake up aching body. Rent 3 nights pain enough 3 nights. You and I go together. Hope the hotel owner changes the bed. Because that part is very important for tourists.
