Clean room, fully equipped. Cheap price compared to surrounding hotels. Friendly receptionist, still awake to welcome guests at 1am. Near the hotel there are delicious, cheap breakfast and coffee shops. Near the city center and airport.

The receptionists were extremely friendly and supportive. The hotel has a free swimming pool and buffet breakfast. 12th floor has sky bar. The room has a bathtub and a balcony too. polite clean space politely. Wonderful experience.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice room, I chose the family room because there is 1 kid to go with, the staff gave the room to face up with cheap price, good food, many dishes. Cute pool. I went near Tet so I couldn't swim. Hotels near dining, shopping, near the city. I feel great!

Everything is great: from the space, the rooms and the hotel staff are very good, especially the reception with Ms. Ngoc and Nhu Mai as enthusiastic, friendly and professional. very good. The room wasn't clean; the floor was dirty, and the toilet was filthy and smelly. Soundproofing was poor, and it was very noisy at night with the sounds of bars and pubs.

The staff were enthusiastic and polite. The room was quite basic, with a double bed, a desk and chair, and plenty of open space, giving a feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom was a bit small, and the bathtub didn't hold water well, so a tub bath wasn't an option. The room was decorated quite nicely. There was a wardrobe and mirror in the room for guests to try on clothes without having to go into the bathroom. By my standards, it was quite good, with sufficient amenities, but it didn't fully utilize its potential. 8.2/10

The room was renovated but still had a bad, damp, moldy feel. Cleaning was only done every two days, the bed was in poor condition with uneven springs that made it very uncomfortable to lie on, the elevator was incredibly slow, and check-in took a long time.

This is the first time I have traveled to Hue and encountered a flood, I was very confused and worried. Indeed, the people of Hue are very friendly and simple, especially the hotel receptionists who helped us, the tourists staying at the hotel, escape the flooded area and prepared food, water, raincoats, and called a boat to take the guests to the most convenient place to catch a car to the airport in time for the flight. If I have the chance, I will still come back to Hue - I love you guys.

The staff was very enthusiastic. I checked out early and left my suitcase one day. They were very enthusiastic. The central location is very close to the Imperial City, An Dinh Palace, and dining areas. I will come back next time.

I had a pretty good experience here. The staff was enthusiastic and pleasant when I asked to change rooms 3 times and asked for a desk and chair. The location is convenient, right in the city center, very close to the Western street and opposite there is a convenient supermarket. The minus point here is that there is a bar nearby so it will be noisy for those who like quiet + when I arrived, the hotel was under repair so it will be noisy during the day (I brought headphones so it was okay, the noise did not affect me much kkk). The overall experience was great with an ok price, also suitable for those who stay for a long time, I will come back here soon

The hotel is old and small unlike the pic. It is hard to lock the door room so I feel unsafe when i leave. The light in the elevator is broken and its door is like slow motion every time closing and opening.
