Large room, enthusiastic and friendly staff. From friends FO and BEO. Super delicious welcome tea 😝 I also work in the hotel service industry, I feel that the service at shinning is very satisfactory. Thank you for giving my husband and I a memorable vacation. Because I don't have any experience traveling to Hoi An, I only booked 1 night here. Next time I will definitely visit Hoi An and shinning longer. For more complete relaxation. Must go ladies!!!

Beautiful hotel, enthusiastic staff, clean and beautiful room. Breakfast is delicious. Free bicycles but it is a bit far to the old town so my family rented motorbikes from a local next to the hotel. The staff was enthusiastic and very cheap. My family was satisfied with this trip.

very bad experience.
I have been and experienced many places, in Hoi An there are also many but for the first time I felt very uncomfortable, upset because of a small amount of money - and that is the car parking fee.
This hotel does not have a parking lot, my car is parked at a local house 10m away and there is a fee of 40k.
The amount is not much compared to the trip but it makes my trip a very bad experience.
The road to the hotel is small, in front of the hotel you can park your car but the receptionist said it is the owner's parking space.
And customers park elsewhere and there is a fee ???
- The breakfast is not diverse,
- The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic.

Due to its location in a residential area, the hotel currently does not have its own car park and must use a parking service from a third party nearby. Although the fee is determined by the parking lot owner and is not under the control of the hotel, we fully understand the discomfort you experienced. The hotel is in the alley but cars can still pick up and drop off at the hotel. The hotel is about 2-3km from the old town, and they lend bicycles for free, so it's very convenient to cycle to the old town. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, with airy balconies, beautiful views, next to the hotel is a field, there is a canal next to the garden with lots of cool trees. Many super beautiful virtual living corners. What I like most when staying here is the large, beautiful, extremely clean swimming pool, with plenty of towels and swimming floats. In particular, the breakfast buffet does not have too many dishes but all are delicious. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and gentle with guests. I also experienced eating a la carte here and was satisfied, beyond expectations hehe. A wonderful 2-night experience, I will recommend many people to come here to experience. I will come back if I have the chance ❤️

A bit regretful for forgetting to take pictures.
The space is comfortable, not noisy.
The staff is super friendly and enthusiastic.
I found the swimming pool quite clean, my room had a view of the swimming pool so it felt chill. The hotel also supports free bicycle rental. The hotel is about 2km from the old town, so everyone should borrow a bicycle to avoid tired legs (it takes about 10 minutes to get to the old town).
I am very satisfied with the hotel's service.

Great experience at Shining. Quite a pity for only choosing 1 day here. The hotel is near the center, luxurious space, very delicate and neat decor looks very professional. I really like the room, the bed sheets are clean. Lying feels extremely comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is lovely and hospitable. I really like the breakfast here. The location is a bit far from the market, you have to go by motorbike, it's a bit difficult to go by bicycle. It's a bit boring at night. The scenery, food and rooms are ok and very nice, but overall I feel a bit sad, sadder than Da Nang. The soundproofing is a bit poor.

Super friendly and enthusiastic staff. The staff welcomed and also suggested places to go around Hoi An and helped book a shuttle. The vibes were very fresh and clean. Great space, however, the soundproofing in the room was not very good and you could hear the surroundings a little. The decoration was very nice and the hotel facilities were high quality. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were delicious. Close to the center but the street was a bit deserted and dark at night.
