The hotel is not centrally located but that's how we like it as we have our own means of transport. The villa-rooms with private swimming pool is excellent and the rooms are clean and well presented.The staff are friendly and helpful and being able to speak Vietnamese certainly does make a big difference but in general with patience and understanding will help greatly and don't expect all serving staff to understand everything you are trying to say. Breakfast next to the swimming pool is great and the food is plentiful and fresh. We enjoy our stay and strongly recommend to families with young children for a short stay.

Et dejligt sted, lækker villa og super lækkert med egen pool. Den store fælles pool var også god. Hotellets restaurant var hyggelig og havde et stort udvalg af retter. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale i receptionen og restauranten, skønt deres engelsk ikke var super godt. Manglede dog, at der var et minimarked, hvor man kunne købe f.eks. sodavand, chips/slik, mælk mm. da der var langt til byen og supermarked. Værelset havde en knap, man kunne trykke på med "do not disturb", men det kunne være ligemeget med at aktivere den, da personalet alligevel bankede på om morgenen for at komme ind og gøre rent, de vidste åbenbart ikke hvad det betød, og det var irriterende.

The hotel is quiet, suitable for relaxation, staff service attitude is good. Please comment on: 1. The room is a bit old and has some defects: the bathroom door is broken and doesn't close properly so water flows out. The drawers cannot be pulled in and out normally. The hotel uses a solar hot water system. I arrived on a stormy day, so there was no sunshine for hot water to use, causing the whole family to have to take cold showers in cold weather. The hotel should take note to have a plan. backups. 2. Breakfast menu should be changed slightly between consecutive days

Gia đình tôi có kỳ nghỉ tết Quý Mão tại TTC Kê Gà.Phòng bungalow hướng vườn nhìn ra khu vườn, hồ cá đẹp, còn nhìn thấy 1 phần biển rất thích. Mùng 3, mùng 4 tết năm nay biển động và gió lớn nên không tắm biển được hơi tiếc. Ăn sáng bình thường. Có dịp sẽ trở lại.

Room is not clean. Toilet stuffy. Can't use it. The surroundings were desolate - no one to take care of. I can't call, when I need to call the front desk. Such a 4-star standard is too disappointing.

The hotel is clean, peaceful, fully equipped, very good service. My family had a great day off, 02 babies like the beach and swimming pool the most.

4 * hotel but the facilities are a bit low, the door opens / closes hard, makes a loud cry, the bed is hard (fortunately there will be a lot of back pain in 1 day), loose water tap, hot water bath 1 moment, the heat is gone. Enjoy delicious food, breakfast buffet with many dishes, delicious food.
