Best service we’ve ever had! This place is a gem!

Six sense never disappoints. The property was amazing, the hospitality was out of this world. Special mention about Tri, who was our GEM (Guest Experience Manager) and he was truly a GEM. Helped us out with delayed flights, customized menus and just made us feel right at home!

Very good but the room where too far to get too

Go for the best villa you can afford - it is worth every penny. Gracious service, nice people and awesome food. Do be aware that only the bed rooms have AC.

The resort was lovely with its focus on nature and organic food. Since it is a nature friendly accomodation, there are a lot of lizzards and insects. So, if you are afraid of those, please be aware.

The property is clean and immaculate. The place is heaven. It is very secluded so you feel peaceful and literally feel seven or even eight senses when you’re there. Very romantic. I will definitely come back. Oh and the resort staff was incredible. Helpful. Friendly. Always smiling.

Great hotel with a focus on nature

Our stay at six sense was wonderful as expected. The accommodation was impeccable and the overall experience was totally relaxing. As it is an isolated location and all food/entertainment is relegated to on site cost can increase quite fast. The only poor aspect was a special wine cave dinner which we opted for. This was grossly overpriced for the food and the wine pairings were cheap options typical of a grocery store (one wine given I readily see at UK grocers for £8!). This was a big regret from our side.

Staying at a six sense hotel is always a good experience. However, this hotel in particular was out this world. The food is probably one the best food you will ever have.the spa is surreal. The hotel staff is always smiling and willing to make your stay enjoyable. The snorkeling is great. The bay provides a wide range of dishes next to your cabanas and the beach. Don't hesitate to try this hotel. You will not regret it.

Great hotel, fabulous staff, beautiful setting! Hotel seemed very concerned about taking care of the environment with reusable containers. All staff helpful, friendly and going the extra step to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. All villas in beautiful settings--either by the beach or 200 steps up--beautiful and everything you need is there.

We went away hoping to relax, reconnect without the kids and have fun with our two best friends who joined us-I can say with 100% certainty that we achieved this. Our arrival welcome was well executed with a team of staff to greet us as well as our Guest Experience Maker, Mr Near. Our villa was amazing (well worth the 200 steps up the hill). It was such a private villa with an amazing view back over the bay towards Nha Trang and the mountains. Felt like we were in our our treetop house as couldn't see another roof or guest villa from any angle. We did have an issue with our dinner at Dining By the Rocks. We spoke to Cristian about it briefly at breakfast the morning. He, the F&B Manager Clement and the GM, Mr Ateeb all went above and beyond to make up for this event. Nothing disappointed us for the remainder of the trip and I only mentioned it here as it was just so perfectly handled by the staff that I wanted to say thanks. All the meals were amazing, the chefs were kind and helpful when interacting with the guests and the F&B staff attentive and friendly. We particularly wanted to mention Mr Tuuan the Chef De Cuisine who conducted our cooking class and always smiled and chatted to us when he saw us. Ms New and Ms Hua and Ms Yeng need special mention. Mr Bing was great. Honourable mention goes to Mr Near for amazing service and lots of smiles and laughs alone the way. We will be back.
