Khách sạn này đã đổi tên thành tên khác nhưng không cập nhật lại trong hệ thống Traveloka. Khách phải tự tìm hiểu để biết tên mới nhưng khi đến theo lịch booking confirm thì phải tốn nhiều thời gian để có phòng, thậm chí còn bị kêu hủy để book trực tiếp tại khách sạn. Khách sạn bị xuống cấp cực kì, thực tế không đẹp và sạch sẽ như hình. Buffet sáng mất vệ sinh.

Resort không dự phòng khi bị sự cố với nước, hư máy bơm nước mà từ 4 g chiều, mãi đến 10 giờ đêm mới có nước mà nước quá yếu, nước sinh hoạt là nhu cầu tối thiểu mà không đáp ứng được thì coi như vứt, thất vọng nhất là đang sửa chữa lại mà nhận khách, khâu vệ sinh dơ toàn tập từ hồ bơi, khuôn viên, hành lang cho đến bãi biển. Thật sự vị trí này khá tốt nhưng cách quản lý và tư duy làm theo kiểu ăn xổi ở thì, chắc chắn sẽ không thành công đâu.

Degraded room. The furniture is old and damaged, room 130 has 2 refrigerators but 1 electrical cabinet is not working, 1 cabinet is running but not cold, left skewed on one side due to the broken bottom of the wooden cabinet. Room 129 was initially too hot to take a bath, but after the repair was completed, the water turned cold and would not produce hot water anymore. Both rooms are damp, mosquito gnats. When the staff knocked on the door and suggested spraying mosquitos, they knocked loudly, very impolite (while you can let the front desk call to notify you by phone?) The breakfast buffet was delicious, but there were flies. Some dishes are temporarily wrapped in food wrap to prevent flies, and the bowls of ready-made pancakes waiting for the broth are not wrapped, the flies are flying everywhere, the staff is standing around waving when they can or can't, they don't dare to eat. . All food should be placed in pots/trays with lids and labeled with dishes

The hotel has the following advantages: 1. Friendly staff. 2. Breakfast is fine. 3. Good soundproof room. 4. Spacious and airy space, comfortable parking space. Cons 1. The beach is extremely dirty, there is a lot of garbage, there are fish hooks and bottles, quite dangerous, the beach is steep. 2. The room is facing the sea, so it's easy to get sand when the wind blows in. 3. Sanitary ware is not new, some are damaged. 4. The TV cannot be used, and the remote control of the air conditioner cannot be used. 5. The staff is quite thin. 6. Families who have cars and motorbikes should stay here, because this area has nothing to play, must go to Phan Thiet city, the hotel is about 10km from the city. In general, a good stay, with the price of 1.4 million for a room with 2 beds, a double and a single, is quite expensive because the hotel is not luxurious, very good.
