The location is right by the beach. Although my room didn't have a sea view, it was just a few steps to the beach. It's perfect for a night out at the beach. The room was clean. They even provided towels for going to the beach. I really liked that. If I return to Da Nang, I will choose this place again. The price is very reasonable.

The only things I felt weren't very good were the soundproofing and the glass in the bathroom wasn't very clean, maybe because it was old and had stains. Otherwise, I think it's fine for the price. I'd give it 7.5/10.
