The first time I came to Phu Yen, I met two extremely cute hotel owners. They enthusiastically advised us on places to go out and take check-in photos and all kinds of things. I forgot to bring my steam iron down. I rented it from the hotel that the owner let me use freely. If I have a chance, I will stop by to support you again 🫶🏻

The triple pro room picture on the apps is not true. That room only faces the wall and is very stuffy. The higher class rooms have balconies. The hotel owner blamed the apps for using the wrong picture, so the apps should work with the hotel owner. The higher class room is big but has a very weak air conditioner, not cool enough.

Nhà mình lúc đến nhận phòng là tối muộn nên đi ăn trước khi nhận phòng, nhân viên nhiệt tình giới thiệu chỗ ăn. Sau đó tầm 23h hơn về nhận phòng thì bạn lễ tân chỉ bảo là phòng có bị thấm nước 1 chút, gần Tết nên chưa gọi được thợ sửa. Nhà mình bảo 1 chút thôi không sao vì nhà mình chỉ ngủ qua đêm, sáng đã đi. Nhưng lúc lên phòng thì thấy nhà tắm như vầy, chồng khăn tắm để kệ phía dưới ướt mem, ẩm mốc. Phải điện thoại nhờ đổi khăn khô khác. Chưa hết, tối ngủ bật điều hoà thì mùi ẩm mốc từ nhà tắm toả ra rất hôi, khó ngủ. Phòng muỗi nhiều, cả nhà mình 4 người đều bị muỗi đốt, nhất là 2 bé trằn trọc cả đêm. 2h sáng xuống thì khách sạn đã khoá không xin được thuốc xịt mà cũng không ra xe để bên ngoài ks, lấy máy hay tinh dầu đuổi muỗi lên phòng dc. Sáng mình có phàn nàn và báo lại chủ khách sạn. Gia đình mình đã có 1 trải nghiệm tệ và 1 đêm mệt mỏi không ngủ yên trên chuyến đi dài lần này.

The plus point is the new hotel, big room, 1m8 bed, full of nice furniture, well-prepared bathroom, including hand washing water but no hot cold shower water. But I never came back because the attitude of the staff was too boring, from the staff replying to the inbox is very ignorant of the guest inbox (after the guest book room) talking hung up like arguing, finished asking questions 1 '' How old are you this year? '' Don't know what it means. The receptionist was also bored. Thanks to the customer who rented the car at the beginning, it was difficult to pay, after renting a car as it was available, the old car was as old as 30 years ago, running on the island and rattling, afraid to remove all the screws: ' (I always choose a hotel very carefully before booking and this is the first time that I'm so annoyed that I don't want to stay, and I have to write a long review like this, fortunately the book is discounted on the app. mercy

Location near the sea and new apartments, however, the new smell of new walls and wood should be uncomfortable, the manager should open the airy doors for new rooms to reduce the smell of paint and wood smell.
