Highly recommended if you have the opportunity to go to Da Lat and want to find a quiet place but close to the center. The quality here is better than its price, the room is very clean and fully equipped, to exaggerate a bit, you just need to book a room, bring your clothes and stay here without worrying about anything. The owner is very cute and kind, not only did he help me change to another room because when I checked in I said the room had not been cleaned, but he also charged me less than the value of the new room, even though the new room was more expensive because it was larger and had an extra refrigerator. They also enthusiastically showed me where to eat, let me go to the pine forest and told me what to eat, what to do and where to avoid being ripped off. In addition, there is a green space here that the owner himself planted and took care of because he likes it, the purpose of serving tourism and taking photos is only secondary, of course you can enter for free. Overall, 1000/10

The room posted on the app is exactly the same, fully equipped, with hot water, hair dryer and kettle, dressing table, shelves, fan, night light... What I like most is that even though the room is small, it still has its own bathroom, not a shared bathroom, very convenient and clean.

- The home has a lot of views, like a cafe - There is a place to sit outside to eat, the home does not allow eating in the room - There is a dryer, hot and cold water dispenser, dressing table and clothes rack, electric kettle - The room is not soundproof but the home has a rule that after 10pm or so, no noise is allowed, 10 points - The home owner is cute and enthusiastic, allowing me to check in early without charge - The home is right on the slope of Mai Anh hill, acceptable, a specialty of Da Lat - You can only leave your home stuff at 7am, if you stay at the home, you can leave early in the morning but remember to let the home owner know in advance - Cheap 3-day-2-night room, experience for staying in a room with an attic is to bring all the necessary things up to the attic instead of climbing up and down, a little extra money in a room without a wooden door is more secure. - Keywords that may need to be noted with the shuttle bus to avoid being taken far away: + Mai Anh Hill Alley + Mai Anh Parish, Dau Tay Hotel + in the alley running to the intersection of Mai Hac De, Pham Ngoc Thach, Ngo Quyen (my friend went to PT, there was a driver who didn't know how to take him to Mai Anh school, which was quite far away)

The hotel is quite close to the center (night market, Xuan Huong lake, artichoke station...) so it's convenient for everyone to move around. The room I found was quite clean, with full hot and cold water, a hair dryer and a fan because the climate in Da Lat does not require air conditioning. The owner enthusiastically answers questions. If I have the opportunity to return to Da Lat, I will still return to the hotel and stay here.

Tất cả mọi thứ đều rất ổn ạ, con người nhẹ nhàng, từ lễ tân đến cô dọn phòng. Không gian kiểu nhỏ nhắn, yên bình. Cách âm không tốt. Khách sạn rất nhiệt tình. Nếu quay lại mình vẫn chọn. Giá cũng khá tốt, cạnh khách sạn cũng nhiều quán ngon có thể đi bộ ra 😗. Nhà vệ sinh thì mình chưa hài lòng lắm nhưng mà so với mức giá như này quá là ổn. Chúc khách sạn càng ngày càng phát triển

- The hotel is located in a relatively easy-to-find location because it is near a cafe that young people often check-in. I came to check in quite late but still had a check-in staff to help me. - My room is on the 3rd floor, the space is quiet, the room is quite clean, however, you guys have not checked the condition carefully before you check in - amenities lack combs, soaps, and brushes for guests. The previous residence has been used but has not been thrown away, still in the basket. - The bathroom has a large water tank, I don't know the purpose of placing it there, but it reduces the area significantly. - The hotel has an airy balcony area with flowers to relax or chat. - The hotel has a lot of note sheets that make me feel too many regulations for a vacation, I rent a room for a vacation, but I also have to pay attention to the rules like I'm at work, feeling a bit pressured. - With a cool air like Da Lat, I really like the layout of the bed, especially the warm blanket because the temperature is low at night, some other hotels have too thin blankets.

Với chi phí này mà được ở riêng 1 phòng và toilet riêng thì quá ngon. Ông chủ thì rất nhiệt tình. Lần sau có đi Đà Lạt mình vẫn sẽ thuê chỗ này.

Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Tuy nhiên nên có dọn phòng cho khách thường xuyên hơn. Phòng của mình đặt trên app thấy có cửa sổ và view nhưng khi nhận thì lại không có.
