Location is ok, relaxing sea view, really like the cats here. Everything is satisfactory, except the toilet water flow is a bit weak in room 214, don't know about the other rooms. The sea in that row is a bit trashy, this is objective, any hotel or resort near that area will also affect it to some extent

I've been here twice (because the staff are friendly and cute) the previous times were ok 1: This time was really disappointing The beach was full of trash, I couldn't swim. 2: When I checked in, I only received 1 set of cups and spoons. When I checked out, the staff said there were 2 sets of cups and spoons and forced me to pay 60k for the cups and spoons. 60k is not much, but it was implying that the guest stole that cup and ruined the whole vacation for my family. I told the staff to go to my car to check and if there was anything, I would pay 10 times the price for that cup, but the staff and the manager still handled the matter very poorly, only saying 60k and not wanting to listen to the guest..! Don't want to come back again!

The experience here is quite good, but for breakfast, my friend and I ate some kind of Spanish soup and we both had stomachaches. Another inconvenience is that there is no elevator here, so if you have a lot of suitcases, it will be very tiring to go up and down the stairs.

The parking lot is small, every few hours the security guard tells customers to park their cars somewhere else, making customers very upset. The customer ordered porridge for the baby and the staff did not inform them whether it was available or not, so the customer waited for an hour until asking before reporting that the porridge could not be cooked (the staff's attitude was quite bad when talking about this issue) while the hotel guests did not. There are so many children but they can't cook porridge???

Advantages: - The food is delicious - The beach this season is beautiful, with few waves Disadvantages: - Rooms and equipment are quite old, some are rusted. Phòng ok. Rất nhiều mèo cute. Duy nhất chỉ có việc mình bị mất trộm đồ trên xe. Chỗ để xe không yên tâm 1 tí nào, nguyên ngày không hề có người trông coi (để gần như ngoài đường), tối thì có bảo vệ (nhưng sáng dậy thì mất đồ). Mặc dù đồ không có giá trị bao nhiêu, nhưng cách xử lí mình thấy hơi rườm rà và thấy không được vui lắm.

Nhận phòng khác xa với hình ảnh rất nhiều…mn nên cân nhắc trước khi đến nhé. Mình book phòng 3 người được ở sảnh dưới 1 giường đôi và 1 giường phụ (giường phụ mình được sử dụng là chiếc ghế sofa bọc drap nhìn rất sơ sài) Giá phòng giường phụ bằng với phòng 2 người . Vật dụng trong phòng, khuôn viên tất cả đều cũ và rỉ sét. Máy lạnh nóng, cửa kính thì kéo không đc. Lần đầu đến cũng như là lần cuối…m check out trễ 5P nhưng bị phụ thu 50K (cứ 1P là phụ thu 10K mn nên cân nhắc nha).

Yes, hello brother/sister! First: the check-out time is 12 o'clock and the check-in time is 2 o'clock, but I just got back to the hotel at 1:30 pm, the staff reminded me because there are guests waiting to check in at 2 o'clock, I have to say exactly that I walked out room 2:15! The hotel is stuck between old guests who have not checked out on time, have not been cleaned, leading to new guests not checking in on time. Complaints, the hotel must offer incentives for new guests to understand! The total number of late check-out rooms of the family is not small! My surcharge is not enough to cover the new guest offers! Second: my family booked the room as 1 bed for 2 guests, but because my family went too many people, I ordered an extra bed, of course the extra bed would not be comfortable (extra bed price you pay 200,000 VND). breakfast is included…) and as in the picture you took with me, it is close to the sea, just a few steps from the sea, so the case of rust on the campus is inevitable! Small hotel, affordable price, affordable quality,... Sea view, swimming pool, breakfast included is not too expensive! Third: sorry for your bad experience when coming to the hotel, wish you a lot of health and many opportunities to travel and experience more, thank you!
