1. Dirty room, water leaking on the floor, don't know 2. Pillows are very hard, neck hurts when lying down 3. No toilet paper for guests to use 4. No slippers to wear in the bathroom 5. Bad location, if it wasn't near the school, I wouldn't want to stay (because I'm taking an exam so I need to rent near the school) => not worth the money spent

The hotel has nothing to say, the room is normal, a bit old, the front location is quite ok But Oh my, the receptionist is very slippery, the attitude is like chasing the customer away. Paying for a bottle of mineral water is 10k today, 20k tomorrow (can't check out and ask again for a few k difference) but it's like intentionally trying to cheat the customer for a few more coins. Goodbye and don't see you again.

The plus points are the clean rooms, the friendly staff, the hotel is located in a residential area so there is not much traffic, it is quite quiet, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, very convenient without having to go far. However, the hotel is located next to a row of boarding houses so I heard an argument. The minus points are that the hallway is very dark if it is not daytime, but the lights are not on, you have to ask the staff to turn them on. There is only 1 trash can in the bathroom. The shower is located inside the bathroom, above the bathtub, so if you stand outside the bathtub to shower, it is quite inconvenient, the button to switch the shower from the drain requires turning on the water, especially there is no hot water. Another thing to note is that the room is not cleaned while you are staying.

The service attitude of the staff is very bad. The bathroom floor was wet when I checked in and there was no toilet paper. There were also cockroaches in the room. I will not come back again.

Stayed for 2 nights in Family room and quite pleased there. The customer service was good, staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfy. The bathroom, however, had some flaws, including the slow draining in the bathtub and no hot water. Still, for a budget double-bedded room, this hotel would be a good choice.

The old man sitting at the front desk was strange. He booked a room a long time ago and then everyone who came in told everyone to lock the app. After talking for a long time, they let me check in. The room is smelly, there is no refrigerator, no hangers, no wardrobe. Expensive price compared to convenience.
