The staff is lovely and enthusiastic, the accommodation is clean, every morning the cleaning lady will knock on the door to change the towels for the room. The balcony view is very beautiful and poetic, the location is convenient and easy to find, and it is also very close to the center. The personal experience is great. Will come back.

The hotel is quite good, booked on the weekend for a good price. The room has a balcony with a great view, you can watch the sunrise right from the room. The only small minus is that there is no night light.

Service and quality are okay compared to the price, spacious rooms. The hotel should have more flexible policies for children, a room with 2 beds but 2 adults and 1 child still have to pay extra room fee, which is a bit unreasonable.

My family stayed for 3 nights after booking through Traveloka. The price of a room with a balcony and City view through Traveloka is very reasonable (equivalent to 450k/night on weekends). The room is fully equipped and clean. Parking for cars and motorbikes is spacious and safe. The downside is that Tala's listed room price is too high (much higher than the price purchased through Traveloka).

The thing is, I rented a motorbike outside to stay at the hotel and I don't know why it got a flat tire. I went to someone to fix it and they pumped it up and it was fine. The receptionist must have a cold face because when checking in or checking out, he kept frowning.

Booked a hotel with a great view, extremely satisfied. Great customer service, from the receptionists to the cleaning lady. Everything was perfect. The room price was very good while the service received was 10 times better. Next time I will continue to choose Tala. Thank you Tala team!

I recently stayed at Tala Dalat Hotel and was very satisfied with my experience here. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the center but still retains the peaceful atmosphere typical of Dalat. The room is clean, the decor is sophisticated, the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to support guests. In particular, the breakfast is delicious and diverse, very commendable! However, I think the hotel should improve the soundproofing between rooms. At night, sometimes you can still hear talking or moving from the next room, which slightly affects your sleep. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Dalat, and I will still come back if I have the chance. Hopefully the hotel will soon fix this small point so that the guest experience can be even more perfect.
