paid 431k via app then stayed but still got charged 431. told the manager to pay but said to stay 3 more hours and charged 90 more. had to pay back 340 but I was so busy that I didn't count it again. when I checked again I saw 250, then called the hotel to discuss it again and they blocked me. What's wrong with doing business without any responsibility...

The hotel does not have a car parking space, parking outside the hotel, the security guard has a fee, but fortunately afraid of being fined for improper parking and the car key must be sent to the hotel staff to If the staff has to move their car, they won't feel very secure. The room is temporary, the room is missing a large window overlooking the street, only pulling the temporary curtain is not very safe.
