The bed was frayed, the image is for illustration only. Rent the car at first say 90k / day then ask for 140k. The motel owner did not mind, leaving men's shampoo, like leftovers.

The owner of the motel does not track guests on the app, and upon arrival does not know if he has made a reservation. No respect for customers, booking for 2 days but staying for 1 day then told to change to another room, this room has a plan to welcome outside guests, so the customer who booked on the app is not a star. Please review the service attitude of this lodge.

Room is quite spacious, near Hue center. But the dissatisfaction is that there is no room cleaning, no drinking water, no mini fridge, no elevator, so it is inconvenient to bring many items.

Room degraded a lot, Walls are patchy, painted. The room is very dark because only 2 small lamps can be used.
My father's room doesn't have a cupboard. The mattress did not even remove the plastic because it was afraid of damage, so sleeping was very uncomfortable.
Overall very bad for this experience
