I completed the check-in procedure at 10am so that the receptionist could help me get into the room a little earlier because I had a small child. But the receptionist informed me that there was no room and I had to wait until exactly 2pm, the scheduled check-in time. But when I came back to check in, I had to wait for almost another hour because the hotel had not finished preparing the room and was still cleaning. I had booked a ticket to Ba Na and the hotel had changed my schedule a lot, making my experience in Da Nang very bad. When I checked in, I felt a very musty smell, the floor and bathroom were still very wet, the curtains were moldy and looked very scary, the bathroom was not ventilated. The room was really run-down and old, the walls were chipped, children drew on the walls a lot, the decor on the wall fell down but they did not put it back in place, everything was just quick and unprofessional. For this price, I think it's not cheap, but the quality is completely worse than 10 other hotels on my trip across Vietnam. I won't come back next time.

The hotel has a beautiful sea view. The swimming pool is large, airy and beautiful. The staff are polite, cute, good service. In particular, my family is very impressed with Linh from the Reception department, good at her job, very nice, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, supported and introduced places to eat and go out for my family, my little one really likes it. Another thing I really like here is that the bathroom is clean, the water is strong and the drainage is good. The location is a bit far from the center, if anyone likes to peacefully watch Son Tra, the sea or the city view, it is very suitable. Restaurant: the breakfast buffet is not diverse.

I booked a room on Apps with a balcony and sea view as in the photo. But when I checked in, it was a different room. When I went down to ask, the receptionist said that all the rooms were available and they were upgraded to another room. They didn't tell the customer in advance. Really not satisfied. But all the services and amenities are very good, the rooms are clean and fully equipped. The breakfast buffet has a beautiful view, top notch, there is a staff named Yen Nhi who is very enthusiastic, attentive, always paying attention to customers when they need help. A pretty good experience at the hotel, although everything is not perfect, I am still very happy.

The hotel has many shortcomings, the air conditioner is not cool and needs to be called many times to remind it to improve. Hot water is also not available, until the day of check-out.
