When checking in, the hotel let me and my friend receive a room where the damaged and non-closed windows could open and easily enter the room through the damaged window which could affect the property. ours. We reported the staff but still didn't change the room while the next room was empty.

The staff was not very friendly, the room was okay, it was a bit dusty, when I went to the floor, all the dust and dirt had to be cleaned by the staff, but when I returned, it was still the same. Toilet is clean, hot water faucet is difficult to adjust. A bit far from the center.

The reception ceremony delivered the wrong room, the first day stayed in the 5th floor room, the second day had to be transferred to the first floor. The toilet is clean, but the bed is not clean. Your shower gel smells like it's expired.

- I booked 2 rooms. -the first day of check-in I say hello to the front desk, but they did not say any greeting back , no even smile, I don’t know why. - in the room (2 rooms) there is a noticeable dust and has a musty smell. - room drinks are not free!! (they should tell about that) - the room is cheap but not good. Overall, not impressed 😢
